Our laboratory is made up of a strong team of photography professionals. In fact, myPIX benefits from 30 years experience in this field.
As we become involved in the digital photo business at its earliest stages, we now have available a whole set of photo-processing machines Fuji Frontier 370 and 390. We use Fuji paper as we are concerned to serve the best quality to our customers «

», recognized among professionals and in specialized press as being the most adequate paper for photoprints.
Our production operators - all photography lovers - are real specialists for processing (traditional film) photo works into digital files. Our couriers always make sure packaging quality is adequate and they deliver within a given time limit. Also our IT teams work every day to improve the technical side of our production tools.
Today our Laboratory is one of the biggest and most modern in Europe.

The confidentiality of information

The personal data of the user are used to send him/her photoprints, or contact him/her in case of a problem with the order, and keep him/her informed about myPIX offers and services.
In accordance with the "Data processing and Rights" law, the processing of your data is subject to a registration to the National Data Processing and Rights Board (NDRBl).
myPIX is authorised to withdraw, process and use personal information. This data is subject to computer processing. This activity is strictly regulated : the file has been registered to the National Data Processing and Rights Board under receipt number 722349.
In accordance with European texts and current national laws, you have a permanent right of access and correction on any data related to you (article 34 of 6th january 1978 law).At any moment you may ask myPIX to state what is the data we have concerning you. At any time (if required) you may modify these data.
Delivery in perfect condition
myPIX commits itself to deliver your orders in perfect condition.
To achieve this, myPIX has selected the best delivery packagings and portfolios according to the format types and ordered quantities.
However, should you receive a damaged parcel, myPIX commits itself to reprint and resend the same order.
