REGISTRATION

The registration is quick and completely free, to start please click on > Sign me up
During the signup process, we ask our customers to provide us with accurate information. This facilitates the shipment of your order, and our possibilities to contact you in case of a problem.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 06/01/1978 (art.27), you enjoy full access, deletion and correction rights concerning your personal details
After registering, you will get a confirmation to the e-mail address provided.



FILES

Resolution :
Please remember that the quality of your prints on photo paper depends on the selected resolution at the time of exposure.
Recommended resolutions per formats:

 Formats  800 x 600  1024 x 768  1280 x 960  1600 x 1200  2048 x 1536
 4"x6" (102x152 mm)  Average  Good  Good  Good  Good
 5"x7½" (127x190 mm)  Average  Average  Good  Good  Good

Type of files :
MyPIX reads both JPEG and TIFF files. However If your files are in a different format, you may convert them into JPEG files without altering originals using the program MS Paint that you find under windows Start menu/Accessories.



UPLOAD MODE

MyPIX suggests you three upload modes to send your photos over the internet.

STANDARD UPLOAD MODE
The standard upload mode allows five photos per each downloading session (8 MB maximum per photo), This upload mode may be used on either PC or MAC, and allows the uploading of TIFF and JPEG files.

PIXUPLOADER:
Uploading is unlimited for JPEG files (maximum 5MB / file). To use Pixuploader, just download and install the program, select the photos you want and start uploading.

myACTIVE X :
View the photos you have selected for downloading (Internet Explorer only)( 20 MB maximum per photo)



NAVIGATION THROUGH MY ALBUMS

Create a new Album (uploading of photos)

- Click on « Create a new Album » - Choose from the three upload modes on offer - Upload selected photos

Express order

- Click on « Express Order » - All photos of your Album are directly added to your order shopping cart in 11x15 format - Finalise your order

Standard order

- Click on « Standard Order » - Select photos to order, then choose photo print options - Finalise your order

Visualisation

- Click on « Visualisation » - Visualise in large format the photos of your current album (Slide show option)

NB : Caption will not appear on the photo print.

Sharing

- Click on « Sharing » - Select email address(es) from your contact list or insert the email(s) of the person(s) you wish to share the Album with.

NB : Persons who share the Album with you can order photos, but will not be able to modify and/or access other existing photo Albums on this account.

Add photos

- Click on « Add photos » - Upload your photos with one of the transfer modes on offer

Modifications

- Click on « Modifications » - Select the photo to modify or rename or rotate it - Or modify the name of the album

NB : any deleted files from your Albums cannot be retrieved.

Theme of the Album

- Click on « Album theme » - Create a theme Album file name and save it - Or forward your album to another Theme (if already existing)

Order procedure for categories: framed photos, albums to create, personalised watches and ID photos
- Download or select your photo(s) in MY ALBUMS.
- Select or personalise your product.
- Validate your order.



PRINTING OPTIONS :

myPIX offers you different printing options allowing you to choose the right photos for you, by a viewing system of all possible photo print options to be sure of the result,


These printing options are:
Reframing of your digital photos,
White margins
Photo shades (colour, black & white or sepia)
Colorimetric compensation
